Happy Bastille Day!

I'm dog-gone tired. Today was the first Starbucks morning, school afternoon combo. I worked 6-10, school from 12-8 (including travel time). Phew. Another early one tomorrow (work at 4:30am- yikes!) followed by school. This might get old quick.

Here's a short summary of school today: cut and weighed some butter, watched a bunch of demos, made some streusel, egg wash and simple syrup. Got to use my new knives cutting up apples and chocolate. Then we learned the paper cone, filled it with chocolate and wrote with it. Harder than it sounds. I will be practicing this weekend for sure.
